Review the Checklist (Checklists located on separate tab): Carefully review the applicable checklist for your license (including minimum age, sea service time, proof of sea service, physical exam, drug test, First Aid/CPR certification, application form, training course or exam, optional endorsements, citizenship documentation, and fees) to confirm you meet all requirements.

Compile Required Documents: Ensure all necessary documents are prepared, including your sea service forms, physical exam form, drug test results, First Aid/CPR certificate, completed application form, and training course certificate . Include any endorsement documentation if applicable.

Email Us Your COMPLETE Paperwork Package: Email your complete application package to paperwork@travelingexamteam.com. For any questions during the process, contact the same email address for assistance.

Process Payment: Complete the payment process on this website as directed to cover the application review and processing fees. We charge a flat fee of $150.00 for all paperwork submissions.
